These General Terms and Conditions govern all transport services provided by Danilo NCC. By completing a booking you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Danilo NCC — Danilo Terzi
Danilo NCC (Danilo Terzi, P.IVA 04741280160) provides private chauffeur-driven transfer services (NCC — Noleggio Con Conducente) in Italy and neighbouring countries. All services are subject to Italian law and relevant EU regulations.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Danilo NCC via email or WhatsApp. The client must provide accurate pick-up and destination details, date, time, and number of passengers. Danilo NCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or unavailability of vehicles.
All prices are fixed and inclusive of VAT. Prices are quoted per vehicle, not per passenger. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, payable via secure payment link or bank transfer. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver on the day of the transfer. Prices may vary for extra stops, waiting time beyond the free allowance, or routes not originally included in the booking.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge and the deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pick-up time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of no-show, the full amount is due.
For airport transfers, Danilo NCC monitors flight arrivals and adjusts pick-up times at no extra charge for delays of up to 60 minutes. For longer delays the client must notify Danilo NCC as soon as possible. Danilo NCC will endeavour to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability.
The driver undertakes to arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time, assist with luggage, drive safely and in compliance with Italian Highway Code, maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, and treat all passengers with professionalism and courtesy.
The client undertakes to be present at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed time, to provide accurate journey details, to ensure that the number of passengers and volume of luggage do not exceed the vehicle capacity, and to behave responsibly during the journey. Danilo NCC reserves the right to refuse transport to passengers who are intoxicated, aggressive, or otherwise pose a risk to safety.
Danilo NCC is liable for damages caused by its own negligence or that of its drivers, up to the limits established by applicable Italian law. Danilo NCC is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, or other circumstances beyond its control. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate travel insurance.
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.daniloncc.it/privacy-policy, and in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo, Italy.
